✘ ICBC: FELEEN, DR. JANE PETERSON, JARED, CAROLINE, VIANNA are NOT accepting NEW ICBC clients at this time.
✘ RETURNING CLIENTS: If you have not been to the clinic in 3 months or longer and/or looking to get 2 or more body parts treated, please book a prolonged session.
✘ WAITLIST: If you do not find an availability suitable to your needs, add your name to the waitlist for your preferred date and time and we will contact you if it opens up.
✘ CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be aware that we require a minimum of 24 hours of notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a charge of up to the cost of the appointment.
